About Howard

I am a screenwriter. I have completed two award winning full length scripts: The White Diamond - Austin Film Festival 2nd Rounder and Cannes Art Film Festival Finalist 2023, and Harmony- Austin Film Festival 2nd Rounder and LA International screenplay contest 2023 Quarterfinalist.

I also have a historical pilot called Wayward Souls and several short scripts. I write stories about human connection, with themes of social justice and overcoming the odds. I’m passionate and dedicated to homing my craft. I’m married with three grown sons.

Unique traits: Career in risk management allowed access to hundreds of companies; therefore, providing a unique skill of understanding a wide range of business operations and contacts. I have utilized this expertise to write about a broad spectrum. Additionally, traveled extensively in my life, which has allowed me to understand other cultures and see how we are all connected.
