About Lola

Originally from China, Lola is a Chinese, English and Korean trilingual producer and screenwriter. She is experienced in Chinese language film & TV productive development, and has helped write, produce, and develop stories in original or adaptative form. Having worked in partnership with South Korean and Hollywood production teams, as well as in the role of overseas line producer, she works as a creative producer across borders, regions, and languages. Lola used to work in the China branch of major studio CJ E&M Entertainment from South Korea, helping to develop and produce a young adult comedic romance series titled One and a Half Summer. During her employment at Fox Networks Group, she worked on multiple Chinese series projects as producer, such as Taiwan romance series The Missing Half, which was premiered on Tencent Video and StarTV Chinese Channel in 2019. Recently she co-produced true crime thriller Taiwan Crime Stories airing on Disney+ and Hulu since January 4, 2023.
