For Heather Rose Johnson, her love of story started as a child making puppets with her puppeteering mother. A seamstress by trade, Johnson studied Fashion Design/Product Development at Stephens College and has spent much of her career as a fashion designer and pattern maker. Johnson has always loved film but the obsession was ignited in 2004 working as a costume assistant on Killer Diller directed by Tricia Brock. As her career and children took her in another direction, Johnson began weaving her love of story into creative projects such as fashion events, puppet shows and screenplays. To satisfy the obsession, Johnson writes and writes to see where the stories take her.
