To put that in context, my work was one of just 22 selected pieces, meticulously chosen from a highly competitive pool of 567 entries, spanning a variety of formats like scripts, books, short stories, and plays, all focused on the crime genre (Top 4%). Receiving this accolade from fellow crime aficionados not only validates the quality of my work but also underscores my commitment to creating enthralling stories, be it in novel form or perhaps adapted for the screen.
