Patricia Mckenzie is an award-winning producer and Gemini-Nominated actress (Canada’s Emmy’s) based in Canada and The United States. As a film producer, Patricia is passionate about creating awareness, especially on the topics of mental health and discrimination. She has been producing feature films, web series, music videos and live events, as well as consistently starring in Film, TV and Musicals for over 20 years, including 5 films this year. Notable projects include: The Lion King, Chicago, The Phantom, Soul Food, Charlie Jade, and David Cronenberg’s “Cosmopolis" opposite Robert Pattinson. Proud to make, and star, in films and projects that make a difference, Patricia also created 3 Cancer Benefit events for the Canadian Cancer Society (with the Lion King cast, crew and orchestra); 7 ACTRA National films and commercials to promote diversity in the Canadian film community, and she serves on the Executive Board of The National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence. Patricia is a multi-lingual (native English, native French, proficient Italian and Spanish), multi-disciplinary (Producer, Actor, Dancer, Singer), multi-race female, who is originally from Montréal, Québec, Canada and based in Los Angeles and Miami.
