Rebecca Storrow

Dr. Rebecca Storrow holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University. Rebecca is currently a member of the AAA-ICDR Foundation Grants Committee and pursues her interest in global peacemaking through the development of documentary films that promote access to justice, community dialogue, illuminate racial injustice and support needed services to underserved populations. Rebecca attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, HB Studio, and has enjoyed working in both theater and film as both an actor and producer. Rebecca further draws from her experience as a Florida Supreme Court certification in family, dependency, circuit, and county mediation. Areas of expertise include acting, writing, mediation, restorative justice, organizational conflict management, program evaluation, and indigenous forms of conflict resolution. Rebecca has served as an adjunct professor at three Florida universities and has published numerous articles and studies regarding peacemaking approaches and co-authored two chapters in the 2017 first edition of the Mediation Handbook, edited by Dr. Alexia Georgakopoulos. Fun includes being a working drummer, singer, and competitive ice figure skater.
