Over the past 3 years Robert J Turner has run a successful design agency that dedicates to Website, APP, GUI, and UI/UX design for a number of clients that include Rotolight & Raindance Film Festival to name a few.

During his 5 years based at Pinewood Studios he built many contacts within the film industry and regularly supported films and red carpet events with LED lighting products. His passion for film started a decade ago and has always been connected in some capacity with the film industry.

He has been instrumental in the design of GUI interfaces for LED lighting and also designed the graphics for the iOS and Android APP launched by Rotolight in 2022 that controls lights via a Wifi Network.

Having now launched Smug Llama Productions, a production company that will dedicate to production services strategy and development, pre-production, production and post-production.

Film (short) by Smug Llama Productions Executive Producer In the near future, a 28yo coder, GILES, returns from his established life in London, to his family home in Kent, with stunning news, guaranteed to shock his parents. Through his work at visionary tech firm MindCorp, he has been invited to partake in a revolutionary procedure: the networking of four human brains, to create a singular personality, that exists within, and across, all four bodies. This new evolution in man is known as a Cognitive Quad-and referred to as a C-QUAD. The four bodies remain independent, but are controlled by a singular mind, that consumes all four personalities. As a result, all four donor humans become known as one new identity, in this case QUENTIN, and they adopt we/us pronouns. Giles' mother, BERNADETTE (56), struggles to comprehend what this means to her, to Giles, and is floored when Giles explains that part of the process is the need to get a death certificate issued-effectively killing her son.
