Jeremy Patrick Hamilton is a queer writer from rural New Mexico. He grew up in a working-class, evangelical family and always felt like an outsider until he discovered theatre. He received a BFA from Eastern New Mexico University before moving to New York City, where he studied playwriting at Primary Stages and comedy sketch writing at The Second City. After moving to LA, Jeremy began TV writing classes at Script Anatomy. His original pilots have received finalist placements in Screencraft’s TV Pilot, Screenwriting Fellowship, and Animation Competitions, as well as placing as a Second Rounder at the Austin Film Festival three times. As a writer, Jeremy approaches every project with empathy and compassion, while exploring the darkly humorous aspects of trauma and the human condition.
