Quincy Morris

I am a multi-talented, multi-faceted, prolific writer & producer. Fresh off a good step in the right direction, I wrote a pilot recently optioned for whom CAA is shopping/packaging the series.

I created, wrote, and produced a ground-breaking hit streaming series called In Between Men, my very first project. Sometimes when I look back on it, even though it's good, boy can I tell it's my first, lol. I have come so far as a writer since then. The award-winner earned critical acclaim and was a hit with 10+ million viewers across YouTube, Itunes, Prime Video and other platforms. In Between Men achieved two landmark distinctions: the 1st indie digital series to have a WGA writers’ room and to be signatory with all 4 guilds (SAG, WGA, PGA, DGA). Its initial success led to an offer from Viacom.

In addition to being a content creator, my prowess for producing has contributed to films that have screened at Cannes, Venice among other prominent festivals, and seen on platforms Netflix & Amazon Prime. I also really enjoy producing other writers' scripts, the ones that really speak to me.

For me, TV/Film is escapism, and it's a privilege to take a snippet of life & shine a giant spotlight on it for an audience to step inside. Here at Stage 32 I hope to work with and learn from the wider community of writers out there, opportunities to Pitch/Sell projects, even get attached to projects on my journey to showrunner one day. Too much? Lol. And find representation that aligns with my goals, ethics, and personality. And, for anyone who may consider hiring me, I am a member of the WGA.
