I started video productions my 7th grade year (2018) while I was stationed in Okinawa Japan with my school's broadcasting program. Through this program I was able to get an internship at the base's marketing department where I worked up until I left the island (2022). While I worked there I helped the videographer make videos advertising/showcasing events, restaurants, and fun activities for the airmen all around the island. During that time I entered and placed in the DoDEA Far East Journalism contest, a competition involving DoDEA schools all over the Pacific in which I won 1st and 2nd. During the pandemic I also served as my church's District Audio Visual Specialist, overseeing technology use for nearly all of my church's members on island. There I ran up an insufferable amount of zoom meetings, set up different performances/concerts using the building's audio systems, and basic technology oversight. In 2022 I moved to San Antonio, Texas and have continued video. This year I've been making hype videos for the high school football team after assisting with their production last year, and it's been an absolute blast. I really hope to continue my video journey after high school and make a career out of it.
