About Jeremy

I am a writer, director, actor, and editor. I love to tell stories of all shapes and sizes but feel especially drawn to dark comedies, noir, and thrillers.

I studied film production and screenwriting at UCLA and UC Berkeley, and have received recognition and awards from the LA Indie Horror Fest, Prague Music Video Awards, and 48 Hr Film Festival. I am passionate about creating work that is immersive, engaging, and unpredictable.

    Music by One Off Studios Director, Editor This is a music video for Razteria’s reggae cover of “Historia de un Amor" (Spanish for "the story of a love"). This song was produced in collaboration with UK-Jamaican musician Derek Brown and features Waddell Bell on bass, Dave Shul on guitar, Glenn Holdaway on trumpet, Liam Robertson on saxophone, and Joan Reggae Drummer. This classic love song, originally written by Panamanian songwriter Carlos Eleta Almarán in 1955, has been covered by hundreds of artists worldwide in various languages. This version of the song was filmed at the historic Hotel Mac in Point Richmond, featuring a performance by the innkeeper Desiree Heveroh.

    Film (short) by One Off Studios Director, Writer, Editor “Jubilant Vex” is a Bay Area-based dance / horror film inspired by the stress and mental toll created by the pandemic. It is a high-energy catharsis rooted in our desire for nature and self-expression vs. our concern to protect ourselves from the unknown dangers of this novel virus. This project was shot in San Francisco and was a collaboration with dancer Kim Ip and musicians Bastiengoat and Amma Ateria.
