Matthew Godbey

My name is Matthew Godbey and I’m an award winning actor, writer and producer who has spent many years in the entertainment industry honing my skills as a filmmaker. Most recently as an actor, I Guest Starred in February on the CBS hit NCIS. I have also appeared in numerous hit television shows including Criminal Minds (2005), Charmed (1998), and NCIS: Los Angeles (2009) (2010-2017) where I played Detective Dan Evans. Ever immersed in the craft of filmmaking, in 2017 I and long time friend formed CineFocus Productions in Los Angeles with a primary focus on great storytelling. We have produced dozens of successful projects to date. In 2018 we launched UrbanflixTV (new streaming platform) were I am in charge of Production and Development. The site launched in May 2020.
