I am dedicated to creating and developing character driven stories in TV/Film. I have several features and TV pilots under my belt and would love to connect with a manager or cowriter to move my career forward. I can adhere to any deadline and will work tirelessly to deliver a quality product.
I have been creating stories since I was a child. I was inspired by network cartoons: GI Joe, Reboot, Mighty Max. I used to play with action figures and create long storylines complete with act breaks (After these messages, we'll be riiiiiight back). I'd switch scenes between the bad guys and the good guys, going back and forth to develop their motivations and schemes. I can't speak to the quality of the stories... but the bad guy would always almost win and the good guys would find a way to come back at the last minute.
My inspirations are: Neil Gaiman, Hot Fuzz, Hurly-burly, and ZBS media. I write fast paced action, drama, and sci-fi. If I can condense two lines of dialogue into one then I'm happy. I have faith in actors and their ability to bring a character to life and I have faith in a film's creative team to contribute their ideas. I provide the blueprint, everyone else builds the building.
