Hi. I am a graduate of Cornell University and hold a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. Afterwards, I became a Presidential Management Fellow with the State Department where I was a Senior Middle Analyst. My reports were delivered directly to the White House, the Pentagon and the National Security Council, but I left politics to pursue my dream of filmmaking.
My first script, "The Bay," was an ecological thriller that was directed by Oscar-winning director Barry Levinson (Wag The Dog, Good Morning Vietnam), produced by legendary producers Jason Blum and Steven Schneider, and distributed globally by Lionsgate Films.
“Five Stars. A Triumph. Prepare to be knocked out!” wrote The Guardian. It’s “a riveting
eco-horror barn-burner that will scare you out of the water,” wrote The Washington Post, while others called it “a Blair-Witch Project for thinking adults,” (SF Chronicle), “a unique and unexpectedly effective combination of scary movie and eco-documentary (NY TIMES), “a skin-crawling, zombie-apocalypse thrill ride” (), “a real creepfest, joins the suggestive company of eco-terror entries like Hitchcock’s The Birds” (Time Out), an unnerving eco-disaster thriller that refreshes the found-footage trend with surprising effectiveness” (The Hollywood Reporter) and a “triumph of intimate terror, fresh and thrilling, with a chilling sense of cinema-verité panic that keeps you spellbound and enlightened at the same time” (Rex Reed of the NY Observer)..
Among other projects, I also scripted “The Abduction”, a genre thriller under development by producer Steven Schneider, “Sweat and Tears” the true story of Olympic wrestler Dan Gable, and other projects in various stages of development.
