About Matías

With over 20 years of experience in the film industry, Matías Kotler has made an indelible mark as a disruptive and creative visionary. With an impressive list of accomplishments throughout his career, he has been responsible for creating more than 100 scripts for critically and publicly acclaimed films.

His passion for cinema led him to play a key role in the development of "3 Calaveras," the innovative rock movie in Spanish. As the screenwriter and lead cameraman, Matías spearheaded the creation of eight teasers for the film, all of which were approved by Netflix in Mexico. Unfortunately, the production of the film was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, but his creativity and determination continue to inspire everyone involved in the project.

In addition to his distinguished film career, Kotler is recognized for his expertise in linguistic semiology, which has allowed him to add layers of depth and meaning to his cinematic projects. His innovative approach and ability to unravel the mysteries of visual language have made him an indispensable collaborator in the entertainment industry.
