I am a screenwriter whose journey is as compelling as the stories I craft. Once a homeless high school dropout, I defied the odds and transformed my life through sheer determination and resilience. My unique experiences have shaped my worldview and enriched my storytelling with authenticity and depth.

With 17 years of experience as a high school teacher, my goal is to make a difference in students' lives to inspire them with hopes of perseverance and triumph. My passion for education and my journey have provided me with a profound understanding of human nature and the complexities of life, which vividly come to life in my writing.

I'm the author of the memoir "Seven Parents, Daughter to None," a gripping account of my tumultuous upbringing and the search for identity and belonging. Additionally, I have written the screenplay "Without Roots," a poignant narrative that echoes the themes of resilience and self-discovery central to my own life and the students who walk into my classroom.
