Miles Guichard is a writer, director, and actor from the Southside of Chicago. He strives to tell authentic black stories that present a social commentary that resonates with the audience. As the winner of the Flip the Script Filmmaking Fellowship, he made his directorial debut at 20 years old on the self-written comedy, short film, "Just In Time". As an advocate for black creatives, Guichard created the short film, "Just In Time", alongside a crew made up completely of all black youth from Chicago's Southside, as well as a camera crew of all black girls. Currently, Miles is in the post-production process for an afro-surreal short film, "Cousin Walk", as well as Assistant Directing two films based in Chicago, IL.
