About Anne-Marie

I am a Canadian, born in Toronto, to Italian immigrants. Growing up,, we spoke Italian at home so I am a native Italian speaker as well as a native English speaker. At school, like many Canadian children, I learned French and ended up getting my B.A. in French at the University of Toronto. So, I am now trilingual.

I have spent most of my career in the Marketing field, and have written press releases, case studies, whitepapers, editorial copy, etc. However, I am now focused on writing a screenplay, that is based on my own fertility struggles and my journey to motherhood, I have always loved movies,, as I am sure everyone on this site does, so I finally have the time to concentrate on doing something truly creative. I have been studying this past year at U of T taking screenwriting classes. I hope to complete the first draft of my screenplay sometime early in the new year.

I continue to live in Toronto with my daughter.
