About Mechelle

Bonjour from San Diego! My pen name is Mechelle Bordeaux, and I am an author with two published books and tow short films. The first is Tales of the Tipsy Caregiver, a slim pink booklet that is part memoir, chronicling the most challenging storm of my life—putting my future on hold to care for my mother as she faced the battle with dementia. The second is El Amor Como Camino (How Love Traveled), a Spanish-language collaboration with 28 other incredible authors, where we share true stories of how love has moved and shaped our lives.

Beyond these books, I am passionate about storytelling and have written several scripts that I dream of bringing to life on the big screen. My focus is on genres that touch the heart and spark joy—Drama based on true stories, Romantic Comedies, and Holiday films.
