Pablo Godoy-Chaves is a bilingual Miami-based composer and multimedia designer born in Summit, New Jersey, and raised in Bogota, Colombia. At the age of 16, he started piano lessons under the Colombian pianist, Ruth Marulanda Salazar.
At the age of 19, he moved to Davie, Florida, where he attended McFatter Technical College, and graduated with a degree in Digital Media/Graphic Design.
He continued his piano lessons at University Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, with Marisol Ibanez, and later in 2019, he moved to Miami, where he started studying music at Miami Dade College.
Being a student at New World School of the Arts gave him the opportunity to score the theme for the VR video game “Ventanita”.
Unique traits: Bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish.
