Alex is originally from the San Francisco Peninsula.
As a child, he would dance around to any music that was played. After taking one class, the teacher came out and told his mother that he had excellent sequencing skills and had the potential to become a very talented dancer. At the age of four, he began to train with Murphy’s Irish Dance. In 2004, he left and began training in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern at Dance Arts Center in San Carlos, CA. In 2006, Alex was diagnosed with the musical theatre virus, and has been performing on stage in musicals ever since. He has performed in a variety of shows, ranging from classics like The Music Man, CATS, and Guys and Dolls to contemporary like Avenue Q, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and The Wedding Singer.
Currently, Alex is a first-year BFA Dance major at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Being on stage is what he lives for, and is determined to perform in a Broadway show after college.
Off-stage, Alex spends his time creating short films, song parodies, and gameplay videos for his YouTube channel. Check him out at
