Jo's and DJ Zoey's breakdancing crew has been kidnapped by The Isolators, an evil organization kidnapping kids who have the “glow” - a superpower granted to highly creative kids. Not strong enough on their own, the only way for Jo and DJ Zoey to take down The Isolators is to form the most powerful breakdancing group in Beat City to rescue their friends.

Calling their new crew Sneak Attack, Jo recruits awesome kids with the “glow”: Tory the Rapper, Pat the Floating Bonebreaker, and the twins Krumping Karla and Vogueing Karl. They're all powerhouses – but together they're a chaotic mess. It's up to Jo, a famed breakdancer who's learned the rare Ultimate ability to combine kids' glows, to unite this tumultuous team into a breakdancing family that has the power to beat The Isolators.
