Ann Oldham, a native of New Mexico, moved to beautiful and historical Pagosa Springs, Colorado in 1974 with her family. She had long been a genealogist and historian and soon became intrigued with the history of the area, including the strong men and women who settled there, some bringing families.
Ann was instrumental in formation of the Archuleta County Genealogical Society and later was hired at the San Juan Historical Society museum, where she continues to work.
