Christina Marie Leonard

Christina Marie Leonard is an actress, writer, and comedian originally from Omaha, Nebraska. She got her B.A. in theater at the Johnny Carson School of Theater and Film at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Upon graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career acting in Film and TV. Within a few months she was cast in the hit web series “Riley Rewind”, which inspired her to start creating her own content. She regularly writes and produces short films and web series including her most recent award winning dark comedy short film “Waiting for the Punchline.” She has been performing stand up comedy for eleven years and has trained in improv at UCB, The Groundlings, and Second City. She is active in the theater community and most recently she performed in a play she wrote at the Hollywood Fringe Festival last year. She is now working on a solo show for Hollywood and Edinburgh Fringe festivals this spring/summer.
