• Responsible for production within a designated publication: Cook's Illustrated magazine, Cook's Country magazine, or cookbooks
• Working daily with test cooks and associate editors in researching recipes, preparing mise en place, and performing cooking tests.
• Other responsibilities include assisting with putting groceries away, washing dishes, maintaining and calibrating equipment, helping to maintain our in-house library, and making trips to our local grocery store when necessary.
• Intern Research Project. The project is designed to simulate the work of a test cook through research and experiments.
