About Mike

My published play TRAILER/trash is an Amazon Bestseller in all three categories it's listed in. Arts Council of England funded and Edinburgh Festival Fringe First winning playwright now specialising in writing new plays for actors over 40, especially for women.
My 2 hander stage play, TRAILER/trash, with generous support from the Arts Council of England, was premiered in April 2018 and a national tour is in the planning. It's a dark comedy set in the deep South with a bit of FTM, challenging people's expectations of strippers and transgender individuals.

I am also now a Creative Producer for London (UK) based The Salon Collective, originating and managing new ideas and productions as well as mentoring new and established playwrights.

I have worked as a script editor and script writer for ITV and Channel 5 and have written for numerous corporate videos, as well as undertaking research for factual TV programmes.

My play "DEAD" was professionally presented at the 2010 Edinburgh Festival Fringe throughout August by S&M Promotions.
