About Michael

Michael Broussard studied under Jose Aviles and Heather Krause at the Walnut Street Theatre and with Kristen Schier and Amie Roe at Philly Improv Theater. Notable credits include The Scarecrow in the upcoming Dan Fogler ("Balls of Fury", "Kung Fu Panda") feature "Don Peyote", Benny Filbert in the award-winning short film "A Turn of the Blinds" (co-starring with Brian Anthony Wilson, who played Detective Vernon Holley on HBO's "The Wire"), the Nerdy School Photographer in the Free Energy "Bang Pop" music video, and as himself in a Change for Earth Day PSA for the Sundance Channel. In addition to his work as an actor, Michael emcees and produces "The Five Minute Follies", an onstage tribute to the golden age of variety.
