Jeffrey Field is a six-time Nicholl Fellowship Semifinalist, a Screencraft Fellowship recipient and the Grand Prize Winner of the Tracking Board Launch Pad Feature Screenplay Competition.
He has written or co-written scripts that have won screenplay competitions at the Nashville, Omaha and Destiny City (twice!) Film Festivals. He is a Slamdance, Austin Film Festival and Final Draft Big Break Finalist and a nine-time finalist and three-time award winner -- two silver, one bronze -- at the PAGE International Screenplay Awards. He has received fellowships to the Stowe Story Labs and is the only two-time Missouri Stories Fellowship winner.
He co-wrote the short films "Boymom" and "Sound Off" and has a third set for production in early 2023. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism and spent many years as a producer and executive producer in television newsrooms. He currently works as a communications projects coordinator at one of the Midwest's top medical schools.
