About Thomas

I am based in New York City however I often travel for shoots on location. I draw on a wealth of technical knowledge acquired over a decade of work behind the camera. Collaborating with new creative minded professionals is a passion of mine.

I studied at many prestigious institutions. My first formal visual arts training was at age 11, hand illustrating and photographing frame by frame animation before the advent of computer animation software. I later studied film at both Concordia University in Montréal and Rowan University in Glassboro NJ. Shortly after school I became the equipment manager for a production house which lasted several years. Since 2005 I have been working as a freelance camera operator/dp.
