Howard A Phillips's Reel

The actual working title of this piece was "Out of the Shadows: the Story of Bill Millett", a 'sketch-up' for a documentary A work-in-progress, a story of a local odd-man recluse in the town of Westford MA, whose house contained a lifetime of his astounding artwork. Co-produced & directed by Howard Phillips and photographer Barbara Peacock , editing by Nikki Bramley, with additional camera work by Tara Langelier. The goal was and is to raise awareness of Bill's technical achievement, despite some of his disabilities. Again, this is a "sketch", not a finished project!
