Nova is an actor, writer, and a photographer who lives in Brooklyn, NY. Her most favorite role to date is from a high school performance in Peter Pan as Captain Hook's beloved and humorous right-hand man, Smee.
Nova has since taken a hands-on approach to his creative process after deciding to leave college to focus more on performing. Since then she discovered the film industry allowed hee to explore all of their interests and talents both in front and behind the camera. This move gave her more flexibility in their crafts and incredible opportunities for growth (needless to say, she’s a fan of Youtubing DIY film tutorials).
Her time is now spent working on two screenplays; a science-fiction cyborg based dystopian screenplay that remains untitled (and she promises it's not as corny as it sounds) and additionally a story based on a short film she directed called, TIVA in which four friends begin to unveil the reality of their pasts.
Nova is also involved on Youtube and partnering with other local actors to create a web series. When she's not working on a story or monologue, they can be found enjoying an adventure with her camera, finding quality personal time with friends, or showcasing many of their talents on social media such as Tiktok and Instagram.
Her soul craves adventure and excitement and yet Nova can be found regularly nose deep in current event articles and novels of all types. She takes pride in being well informed and loves the thrill of learning something new.
