Jessica Alonso

I have been a professional Ballet dancer during almost all my life. But at 22, after a severe foot injury my dancing career abruptly ended. Shortly after that by purely luck I was approached by a talent scout in a supermarket. And from one day to the other I became a professional model. I work in different countries around the world doing photos,music videos and most of the time filming TV Commercials, for campaigns such as D&G, VENUS Gillette, NIVEA, REBOOK, Wash&Go, NESTLE and many others.

One day after shooting a TV commercial the director came up to me and suggested I start taking up acting! A week later I was sitting in the first row, waiting for my first acting class to start. An intensive Meisner Course. That day I discover my passion : ACTING

I studied for almost 1 1⁄2 years at The Actors Workshop. Then I went to New York on a scholarship where I spent 5 months studying at the New York Film Academy. When I came back to Spain I started working on TV Series ( Pelotas) ,Web -Series (Desenterrados a LA webseries winner...) and Theater e.g. Romeo & Juliet ̈- JULIET, King Lear- CORDELIA, 1984 - JULIA ,). For the last 2 years I have been studying at “Theater for People” in Madrid.This year I decided to take it one step further and move to London. After auditioning at the ̈MountView Academy of Theatre Arts ̈, I was accepted! . So with yet another scholarship under my belt,I moved to London ready to work
