About Gary
I practiced law for numerous years while dabbling in writing on the side. A fortunate connection with an Australian director led to a collaboration on a script, "Broad Daylight," which is currently in development. A second film, the dramedy "The Journeyers," was optioned by Traffic City Productions and is currently in development as well.
I have a short script, “Skip” which is under development and will be filming in January 2019.
I have just finished two other scripts, a comedy, "Backstage Pass," and a television pilot, "Bounty." One of my shorts, "Country Road 12," was filmed in L.A. starring Dee Wallace ("E.T.", "Cujo") and directed by Moosie Drier ("Oh God", "The Bob Newhart Show", "Howl's Moving Castle"). I am interested primarily in slice of life stories that exhibit a quirky sense of humor, like "Me and Earl and the Dying Girl."
