About Bob

Hi, I'm Bob Kathman, an artist living in Los Angeles.
I'm from Maryland and I've had comics published by Last Gasp, Kitchen Sink, Atomic Books and Fantagraphics. I have several original comic and book properties and have completed a Halloween children's book. My freelance artwork has appeared inside and on the covers of Shocked and Amazed Magazine and on flyers for The Loser's Lounge (NYC). My digital art can be seen in computer games such as EverQuest Online Adventures (Sony), Star Trek: Klingons Honor Guard (also voice-acted), X-COM and the classic Civilization II (Microprose), among others. I have done storyboards for a feature film (The Funhouse Massacre) and have samples of other storyboards (including studio tests for Nickelodeon, Film Roman). When I first moved to LA, I worked as a fill-in graphic artist for The Jimmy Kimmel Show and my illustrations & graphics were used as on-air sight gags. I'm happy to be here and hope to hear from some creators out there!
