I am a screenwriter / director / producer based in New York City and Los Angeles
Since I began my film career in 2012, I have devoted much of my energy to screenwriting, having completed 5 original feature-length scripts, 1 feature adaptation, and a 6 short form screenplays.
My first feature film as a writer-director will be AMERICAN VICE, a contemporary Oklahoma-set drama that follows a young girl who flees from home in shame after being caught in a compromising situation only to end up coerced into street prostitution. The script is completed and we are working on the budgeting / scheduling at the moment.
My second feature film as a writer-director will be THE WEST BELONGS TO US!, a period Western about family, race, militarism, and sexuality in post-Civil War Indian Territory (present day Oklahoma). The 1st draft of the script is completed.
Additionally, I have adapted one well-regarded author's recent novel that flew well under the radar at the time of its release and is set in the state of Oklahoma.
I have also written several other feature scripts, NIPPON TAXI SERVICE (a Los Angeles-centered drama metafilm told in 3 parts), APACHE GOLD (a Western crime thriller), and STRANGE FRUIT (an antebellum period thriller following a group of escaped slaves).
Additionally, I am working on the initial stages of an edgy, original crime drama screenplay about Japanese, Jews, and African-Americans in 1960s California. In it are themes and scenarios extremely relevant to some of the current events that have been taking place in California.
Additionally, I have worked as producer on the short films for 2 other directors. I am very serious about getting shit done.
Please do not hesitate to reach out w/ project ideas, any interest in participating in my projects, or other film-related work. I am always interested in collaborating on new and original work. And I love meeting and working w/ other filmmakers.

THE WEST BELONGS TO US! Action ⋄ Drama ⋄ Historical ⋄ Western In post-Civil War America, most Native Americans have been forcibly moved to the "Indian territory" (present day Oklahoma) to make room for white settlers and the American ideal of manifest destiny. The last holdouts are several of the Plains tribes -- the Comanche, the Apache, and others -- who refuse to be forcibly removed from their lands, which is the basis for the American Indian Wars. The U.S. government has allocated tens of thousands of American soldiers, both black & white, to fight & capture these Plains tribes, charging them w/ effecting to the systematic removal of these last Native American tribes. This story takes place in this context, in the shadow of this American Indian War, and looks at the impact that it had on all of these groups in this complex, layered look at race, family, militarism, and sex in this lawless, hard-bitten era of the old American West.
AMERICAN VICE Action ⋄ Crime ⋄ Drama ⋄ Western When a young girl from the Oklahoma suburb of Nichols Hills is caught in a compromising situation involving her father, she flees home, ending up in the seedy underbelly of downtown Oklahoma City.
