About David

Having spent the better part of the last 30 years in the publishing industry – writing for, editing and managing alternative, regional and national entertainment publications – I have penned and published over 1000 articles, dozens of short stories, four short films, three plays and one feature film, which is still in pre-production. After 10 years freelancing for Paramount Pictures, I have also spent a little over 20 years performing public relations and marketing work for every major and most minor motion picture studios in Los Angeles and New York City and was co-founder of Creative Talent Communications (), a group of public relations professionals based in Los Angeles with a commitment to creating new opportunities for artistic visionaries who may not have any other avenues open to them. Currently I am an active advocate for filmmaking in New Mexico, co-founder of Film Las Cruces and the Artistic Director for the Borderscene Film Festival (www.borderscene.org), held annually in Las Cruces, New Mexico, during the first weekend of September.
