Nisey Rashad

Nisey Rashad is an actress/singer from the urban mecca Atlanta, GA. While attending the famous Ebenezer Baptist Church, she was an active member in the choir which was then directed by the renowned soul singer Avery Sunshine. She has graced the stage with the innovator Alana Sanders, gospel artist Darlene McCoy, and actor Tyga Graham. Upon her many theatre productions, she is also a touring Jazz/Soul/R&B singer performing songs from her EP, Strait Talk.

Currently, Nisey is an active member of the Chicago theatre scene and is working on her upcoming album. She can be seen in the independent feature ‘Lowlifes,’ due to release December 2014, alongside Quinton Aaron, Kyle Massey, and Christopher Judge. She can be heard on Soul City Radio (Baltimore, MD), Windy City Underground (Chicago, IL), and a variety of mixtapes. She can be viewed performing her crowd pleasers "Poetry" and "Already Know (How I feel)" around the Atlanta and Chicago area.
