I need to act, but the opportunities are so few and far between that I have become more focused on simpler things such as finding work and paying rent. Do I aspire to win an Academy Award for Best Actor? Not really, no. Do I aspire to performing on stage and screen for the delight of audiences? Most definitely, yes. For starters, I want to work in the Portland area. Then, if I can get a big enough break, I will go anywhere I need to.
