About Petra

Petra began her writing career in New York. During those years she wrote, produced, directed, and performed in numerous sketch comedy shows and original plays. She performed improv for many years with the only all-female troupe on the east coast and enjoyed a very successful run in comedy clubs and colleges along the eastern seaboard. Upon her relocation to Los Angeles, Petra began writing song lyrics for an indie musician that led to the first of many collaborations. Petra is a published poet, speech writer for high-profile CEOs and has written for several well-known stand-up comedians. She is working on several feature scripts and TV pilots with her writing partner.
