I am a pianist/keyboardist in the Portland, OR area and I have a Bachelor's in Film/Animation and a Masters in Music! I would love to combine my two loves and collaborate with my fellow artists! I mainly play piano/keys but I have a pretty good voice and I can play the spoons no problem! ;P I have composed and/or arranged several songs for bands and animation projects I have done and would love to do more. :)
Great to have you back here Karen! I would definitely recommend networking with Sam Estes, Barndi Thomas and I think you'll find a ton of inspiration from fellow pianist Louis Edlinger https://www.sta...

Thanks Amanda! I will definitely connect with these people and try to have some of my stuff on here by next week :)

This summer I will be relocating to Portland, OR and am looking to make some new connections there! I have a degree in Film/Animation from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Music degree from Southern Methodist University. There's really great discussions going on both in animation as well as filmmaking. Enjoy!
Thank you Julie! I am really excited!

Hi everyone!! I am a singer/songwriter soon to be in Portland, OR. My main instrument is keys/piano and I just love to make music. I also have a degree in film and really miss that process so I am looking to get back into that part of my creative side and help someone else tell their story with music. Nice to meet all of you! :)
i also have christmas lyrics writing
Hi guys! Thanks! :) Looking forward to networking and getting new projects to work on besides my endless concept album ideas lol. Too much Pink Floyd maybe.

Hi Karen, thanks a lot for your invite. From my living place, Oregon is just a litlle farther than Texas. Shame! Fortunately, we have the Internet to talk about what brings us together.
Hey Karen, we definitely need to hook up. I can't draw to save my life and I want to conceptualize a screenplay that I want to shoot here in Dallas. Heck, I could probably keep you in the loop by letting you compose the music as well! :) Let's chat
Hi Giacomo! I would love to get together. I won't be in Dallas much longer though :( My husband and I are moving to Portland this summer. Hopefully, I can still help you out!
What a great network! Really excited to see where this might bring me. I am a music composer and performer. I also have a degree in Film/Animation with an emphasis on 2D animation. I have written several scores for my own work and am looking to expand to something different! Can't wait!
What a wonderful story. An affirmation of the healing power of music! When both my parents died within 2 years and I was then diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, music is absolutely what pulled me through. Can't wait to hear more from you!
Thank you Karen, wow that must have been tough, I can only imagine. Music inspires, motivates, calms down, and does so much more - my dream is to compose for people like you, so I can help you in any situation without even 'knowing' you. Thank you for your comment. Take care - Louis
