When his partner is murdered, a New York cop travels to Hong Kong to avenge her and ends up in joining forces with an assassin, a shaolin monk, a samurai and a descendent of the immortals in a battle between immortals and mythical forces of Chinese legend in this very funny screenplay

SYNOPSIS:

When his partner Sui is murdered in Hong Kong by a mysterious villain called Zhing who no-one has ever seen and lived, maverick cop, officer Sharpe travels to the east to avenge her. It is here that he discovers that the mystery goes much deeper and he must use his skills to find her slayer.

He enrols the help of a young Hong Kong cop called Chi, who is also the niece of the forces captain Chow, who himself it turns out is shaolin.

They try to send Sharpe back but he escapes causing a ploice chase through Hong Kong and they decide to join him upon discovering that Sui had in her possession, an ancient amulet, one of the twelve sacred amulets.

Along with the help of the only two people who have seen Zhing are still alive, an assassin called N-Star from the order of assassins and a jailed Samurai called Bushido, whom Sharpe must break out of Jail, these five journey to the Shaolin Golden Temple where the temple master informs them of a prophecy which tells of a great battle between the supernatural forces of evil against a group of warriors, one from the east, one from the west, a holy man and an assassin and that they must journey to a place within the mystical forbidden lands to fulfil the prophecy.

Along the way, they are attacked by Jiangshi one of whom Sharpe performs the Vampire Kiss on, which works and they also summon a huge water dragon who helps them along the way, after Sharpe is sick in her river. They arrive at the cursed temple, where they are captured and then escape as a huge battle ensues between on one side Zhing’s men and on the other assassins, Samurai and Shaolin.

But this is only a side dish to the main fight between our five heroes and the immortal Zhing.

This epic battle ensues in the cursed temple with our heroes using all of their skills and it is here that we discover the Chi and Sui were sisters and that Chi is also descended from the immortals. The battle rages on , the Shaolin master is killed and Chi takes his power to fight Zhing but it is still not enough, so they fight together and when it appears that all is lost, when hapless Sharpe finally figures out the way to kill Zhing.
