Lineo Sekeleoane

Lineo Sekeleoane is a South African Producer and Director. She is a South African School of Film, TV and Drama (AFDA) graduate and a South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTA) nominated producer with over 20 productions under her belt including the award winning ‘Home Sweet Home’ (M-Net/DSTV). She worked as a Supervising Producer for a kids and youth channel KTV and GO before moving on to DSTV’s 24 hour music channel titled Channel O as Programming Manager where her responsibilities included commissioning new programs, managing the Channels annual budget and overseeing all productions and programs.
In 2006 she produced South Africa's national broadcaster SABC 1’s “Mthunzi We Ntaba” (under Kwa Flights of Fancy Productions) and in 2008 “Redemption” (under Tunc Productions) winner of 3 SAFTA Awards and “Entabeni” nominated for 6 SAFTA’s.
In 2010 she Directed her first short film, launched another South African satellite TV Channel called Top Gospel for Top TV.
2012/13 credits include 5 made for TV movies for Etv and Mzansi Magic. Her debut feature will be distributed in South Africa by Ster Kinekor.
