About Jennifer

Hi, I am from a small Alabama town. My passion for storytelling lead me to receive a MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Very new to the industry, I am seeking opportunities to begin my career as a screen writer. I would like remote opportunities to build my career, but am not limiting myself to those. Also, I would like to promote my film and book about the challenges in rural Alabama communities.

Unique traits: Growing up in a small, rural African-American Alabama community, I sat on front porches listening to fascinating stories loaded with metaphors in a unique southern dialect. The experience impacted me to apply excellent voices to my original and dynamic characters. Peer critiques complimented my strong narrative voice and compelling imagery for allowing them to see and feel life in Doeville, Alabama.
