Grew up in Kew Gardens Hill, Queens. Graduated from Clark University, BA in History 1975; MPA from NYU 1991. Reside on the upper west side of Manhattan. Retired July 2020 Probation Officer Supervisor, NYC Department of Probation.

'Pogromshchik'. Full-length screenplay. Logline: A prominent defense attorney must save a Jewish Ukrainian expatriate from the guillotine for assassinating the former President of Ukraine in 1926 Paris.
