I'm a Spec Screenwriter that started my career as a San Diego Police officer. I was a member of the Organization of Black Screenwriters for 10 years. I placed in the top 15% in the Academy Nicholls Fellowship. After years of mentoring and a multitude of re-writes, I was honored to be named winner in three (3) Screenplay Competitions.The Winter 2025 New York Film & Cinematography Award Best Screenplay, the Fall 2024 Santa Barbara International Diverse Writers Screenplay awards Best Screenplay, and the Fall 2024 Chicago Script Awards Best Drama Screenplay. Writing is Re-Writing.
