About Jeff

I've been a successful cartoonist and illustrator, enjoyed twenty years in magazines and newspapers as art director, as well as seven years as an advertising art director - even picked a up a few awards. One day, however, as I was about to begin a graphic novel, I realised today was the day I would fulfil the lifelong dream of screenwriting. I folded up my drawing table and picked up Sid Field's book. Now, nine years later, with hundreds of books and screenplays read, writers' groups joined and a study trip to New York, I feel all my skills have prepared me for this new career. Happy Writers and Stage 32 have played a huge part in my education, and I've been lucky enough to develop scripts under the guidance of Joey Tuccio and Garrick Dion, both of whom are large of brain and heart. With my cartoonist background my scripts are primarily Comedy, but I really enjoy Horror, too. I love working with others and am passionate about the craft. Hope we can work together soon.
