Originally from Chicago...and no there is no pizza in Portland, degree in Textile Design and Weaving from University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!!), started doing theater costuming and moved into film when her friend Gus VanSant had this little film he got some money to make (Drugstore Cowboy). Did many MOW's (in the olden times before reality TV), ad work styling, and even had a small role in "Elephant" as the "mom to killer #1". Recently won local musical theater award (PAMTA) for costume design for "Big River" for the companyu STAGED! Will go anywhere for paying gig....
Unique traits: Enhancing character with clothing, not fashion...good knowledge of period...firmly believes that making a film involves understanding of what it costs, including paying crew and budgets...also thinks sarcasm is a viable form of humor...
