About Marcella
Originally from the UK.
Has BA degree from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School, where she directed, wrote, edited and production designed numerous short films. Student work has been screened internationally at festivals such as Cannes, Henri Langlois and Chicago and on the Australian SBS television channel. Other achievements include being finalist in the Dendy and Kino Short Film Awards, and Audience Prize at Screen West.
Specialized as a motion graphics designer/director of TVC'S and broadcast promos at a top Sydney post-production company. Clients included the Discovery Channel, Harper’s Bazaar, Channel 10 and Lee Jeans. A promo for Arena Television won a silver at the New York Festivals.
Recently moved to Italy, and currently works on short format video, title design, whilst writing and developing other film and TV projects.
