About Nikita

Hello! This is Nikita Okhade from Indore. I am a writer and director working with Light Trails Production, my team. We are a production based in Indore working on various personal and commercial projects. I have directed two short films that have won some awards and accolades at various levels, music videos, ad films etc. I have written for different clients as well in various genres and formats. I write short stories, screenplays, articles, commercial blogs etc. I'm an orator and have won at various levels- local, state and national. Always been fairly good at academics too. That's what I look like professionally. Personally, I am just a girl who realized that creativity could be turned from passion into profession. With the blessed privileges of the age of technology that I breathe in, I have taken my chance at expressing myself through the visual aid of videos and films. Cinema fascinates me, it is the most beautiful lie ever told as truthfully as it is. Since a very young age cinema has been an important part of life. It took me quite a while to realize that I could actually conjure up the courage to dive into it and explore it while being a part of it, but now that I'm here, there's no turning back. My attempts at this communication with a wider audience have been good enough so far that I feel encouraged to do more. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a beautiful journey for me, and while they might call it Glamorous in all ways, I'm here for the noble art of expression.
