Good morning everyone. Hope this note finds you all well. A group of ambitious filmmakers, myself included are working to produce a short for the competition "project imagination". We are polishing the script, working on the blocking and location setup, and looking at our actor database. This would be roughly a 5 minute short about a young man's final chance at connecting with the girl he has long admired. Our intention, "A shot in one". If you are unfamiliar with this term, it means we will do one fluid take as he interacts at a party scene and is finally compelled to approach the girl of his dreams. As is my nature, I like to cover all bases, and we are working in the option to use some techniques to seamlessly cut together should it become apparent it is not working in the time allotted. While we have many resources in place, feel free to offer up your acting chops for one of the featured roles, the many extras we will need. A "party" location should you have one better than the one we already have. And any cast or crew you want to suggest.
